This online course will deliver 12 hours of interactive, synchronous "classroom" learning (8am-12pm each class day) and 4 hours of asynchronous content you consume in between online class sessions.

Teams of 3 or more that attend this course will receive a complimentary add-on workshop (60-90 minutes) with Professor David Schweidel that is personalized for your team to gain deeper insight into your customers and build customer profiles.
