Through one-on-one executive coaching, the Delta Air Lines Leadership Coaching Fellows program and Leaders in Residence provide leadership training for students, teaching them how to coach and be coached. Your gift supports the development of individual and team leadership skills. -
Simulations
One of the best ways to learn is by doing. Our students participate in realistic crisis leadership scenarios that combine problem solving, decision making, and communication skills. Your support will drive forward the development of leadership-focused augmented reality simulations. -
Experiences
We put students in uncomfortable and intense situations from running a team-based obstacle course at Fort Moore to sailing the high seas in the Virgin Islands. Your gift supports unique, hands-on experiences that further develop team-based problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
