This 2-day course provides participants with the opportunity to practice communicating with key audiences and in critical situations. You will learn how to speak more confidently, clearly and comfortably, how to make compelling cases for investment to senior teams, executives and Boards, how to keep teams motivated and inspired in uncertainty or states of change and how to tell your personal story as a form of enhancing trust and inspiring others.

This course is designed to endow you with an entrepreneurial perspective, enhance your ability to use functional knowledge in an applied setting, and familiarize you with the skills and resources necessary for starting a new venture. By the end of the class you will be able to: • Identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace • Formulate new venture ideas • Analyze your market and validate your customer base • Present a competitive analysis of a specific industry • Create a revenue model, forecast costs and demand, and assess potential profitability • Understand how financing, venture capital and valuation work • Utilize a business model canvas • Put together and present a business plan and pitch • Analyze ventures, both inside and outside of corporations" Application Deadline: August 4, 2025 | Payment Deadline: August 11, 2025

Designed for those interested in further developing and formalizing their current coaching skills and/or for those interested in pursuing a career as a professional coach. The Executive Coaching Program consists of two parts – the Executive Coaching Foundations Certificate and the Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate.  Upon completion of Foundations and Advanced, participants will have the education, training, and mentor coach hours needed for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Cohorts are limited to 36 participants. The Managerial Leadership Program (MLP) is a five-day course delivered across two modules that builds on your success and leadership potential as a top performer within your organization. Focused on raising your individual leadership capacity, MLP concentrates on honing your abilities to affect team success. You will put what you’ve learned into practice during MLP’s Team and Leadership Simulation to expand your skills in managing yourself and your team. During your experience you will also have a one-on-one session with an executive coach.
