How It Works

This 2-day, in-person professional development course immerses you in applied practice to strengthen your leadership communication skills. Through intensive speaking exercises and real-time feedback, you’ll refine your ability to deliver high-stakes messages, inspire teams, and build trust across audiences. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident communicating strategic recommendations, motivating others through change, and sharing your leadership story with impact. This executive education course applies to the Roberto C. Goizueta Leadership and Strategy & Innovation Certificates.
