• Earned an undergraduate degree, typically, in business, economics, engineering, or a quantitative major
• Gained at least two years of post-undergraduate, full-time work experience (unless applying to a joint degree program)
• Exhibited strong quantitative skills
• Clearly defined post-MBA career goals
• Identified a career path that does not require a summer internship
