Diversity is one of our core values, and we celebrate diversity through the experiences and knowledge of our faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Through our DEI office, student organizations, and special initiatives, we seek to not only create an environment in which historically underrepresented students thrive but also to change issues of systemic inequality in business.

DEI Academic Concentration Enrich Our Community

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) concentration establishes DEI as a curricular priority, made possible by the addition of several new MBA-level courses developed by faculty members with deep expertise in this important aspect of principled leadership. A minimum of three qualifying electives are required to earn the designation.

Black MBA Association

Promotes academics and diversity throughout the Goizueta community while adding value to the broader Atlanta community through charitable service events and leadership development.
Goizueta Latinx Business Association

Promotes the legacy of Roberto C. Goizueta, the business school's namesake, by providing a better understanding of the impact of the Latinx culture and people on American businesses.
Consortium Family

Enhances the MBA experience for current consortium students by organizing academic and social events as well as fostering stronger connections with alumni, consortium members outside of Emory, prospective students, and HBCUs. Signature events include: Orientation Prep, Consortium Brunch, Consortium Family Reunion, and a Consortium Boat Trip.
