NextGen Finance is Goizueta’s strategic, structural, and sustainable approach to increasing diversity of thought and background across the finance field through its Master of Finance degree and industry partnerships. This includes a carefully curated advisory board, unique DEI and ESG course content, and specialty career prep programming and a recruiting consortium for women students and students of color to name just a few of the NextGen Finance initiatives.
