Liz Kazungu-Emerson

Liz brings over 13 years of professional experience in higher education in the areas of academic advising, career services, housing and admission. In her current role, Liz serves as Associate Director of Career Services and lead career coach. Her specialty is working with exploratory, International and diverse students in the career and job search process. Liz is certified in Strengthsbased leadership, Birkman, E-discover, FOCUS and Meyers Briggs assessments. An avid fan of Oprah, Liz had the privilege of meeting her and spending 2 weeks with her In Sidney, Australia in 2010. She believes that life is full of opportunities and that education is the key to the future. In her spare time Liz serves as a life coach in the community, enjoys working on her charity Spreadlovecause and spending time with her husband and male Tabby cat, Kobe.
