Kaylee Kimbrough

Kaylee Kimbrough is an Accounting PhD student at Goizueta Business School. She earned a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is interested in how compensation design choices impact rank-and-file employees and how investors value such choices. Her current research focuses on employee stock ownership. Prior to the PhD program, Kaylee worked as a strategy analyst at Delta Air Lines.
