At The Roberto C. Goizueta Business & Society Institute, we address complex challenges confronting people and the planet through academic discovery and purposeful action. Our research insights are applied to teaching and programmatic work on critical topics that only businesses and society can address together, including inequality and climate change.

Our Start:ME Accelerator program provides the most promising micro-entrepreneurs in marginalized metro Atlanta communities business training, mentorship support, and early-stage financing needed to develop their businesses. -

Our Grounds for Empowerment program provides women specialty coffee farmers in Latin America the market connections, business know-how, and small seed grant investments to enable them to reach their full economic potential. -
