Biography
Onkar Medhekar is a second year MBA student at Emory’s Goizueta Business School focusing on strategy and marketing analytics. He is also a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a B.B.A in Finance, B.S. in Statistics and A.B. in Economics. Onkar began his career working for Siemens in its Finance Leadership Development Program. There he spent two years working across the country in various corporate finance roles. At the end of the program, Onkar joined Siemens’ financial services arm where he focused on pricing for commercial loans and leases. Between his first and second year at Goizueta, Onkar interned for Citi in its Summer Financial Management Associate Program. Through his work experience, Onkar has had the opportunity to develop his project management, financial analysis and problem-solving skills. After graduation, Onkar will return to the financial services industry and apply new skills learned in school.
