Biography
While working as an Emergency Medical Technician for the Grady Health System in Atlanta, Devin Ginouves has a deep understanding of the healthcare network. However, to help pursue her goal of transitioning into a career in healthcare consulting, Devin needed the help of Goizueta’s 10-month Master in Management program.
The California-native received her undergraduate degree from Emory in medical anthropology and ultimately decided to continue her education at Goizueta. “I wanted to join the Master in Management program to prepare myself for a career in healthcare consulting by enhancing my business skills and merging it with my healthcare experience,” she says.
Goizueta has a strong reputation of creating an environment for real-world experiences in the classroom. This is no different for the Master in Management program where Devin says she has truly enjoyed working on projects with clients facing real business problems.
“One of my most impactful experiences in the Master in Management program so far has been our Strategy Bootcamp where we've been able to learn business principles and strategy, and apply them to real-world situations. I look forward to leveraging what I learn in my postgraduate career,” she says.
The Master in Management program fosters a supportive, close-knit community where students connect personally and professionally, sharing ideas and experiences.
“One of my favorite things about the program is our tight knit cohort,” she says. “I feel like not only have I built a network, but I also have a lifelong community of friends.”
