Dagmar leads a global customer team on the mission of becoming a superior growth partner in more than 16 countries through joint value- creation strategies and driving sustainable growth via consumer-preferred programs and brands. In Dagmar’s 20 years with The Coca-Cola Company, she has worked in a number of key leadership positions and is a founding member of the nonprofit Ribbons of Hope.

Her Emory degree in hand, Dagmar now serves as an elite executive in Goizueta’s Leader-in- Residence (LIR) program. The LIR program has distinguished leaders with significant senior leadership experience interact with students by guest-lecturing, conducting meetings with students on career- or leadership-related issues, and participating in panels.
