BETA GAMMA SIGMA

Beta Gamma Sigma is the honor society serving business programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB International. The top 20% of the graduating MBA students are invited to join Beta Gamma Sigma.

ACADEMIC AREA AWARDS

The following awards are voted on and presented by faculty in each academic area to a student who has demonstrated exemplary performance:

  • Art Dietz Faculty Award for Excellence in Finance
  • Entrepreneurship Award
  • ISOM Distinction Award
  • Marketing Faculty Honor Award
  • Organization & Management Faculty Award

MOST OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

For the student with the highest overall grades in the MBA program

MICHAEL LEE OUTSTANDING EVENING MBA ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

The Michael Lee Evening MBA Outstanding Student Award is named in memory of a student who began the program with the School's first evening class. Although Michael passed away after an automobile accident, through this award we are pleased to help keep the memory alive of a caring, giving person who always put his best effort into that which he undertook. The recipient of the Michael Lee Award is selected by faculty and staff of Goizueta Business School.
