    Objectives

    • Use recent alumni as a continuing feedback loop for faculty, rather than a one-time review.
    • Give faculty a structured, evidence-based view of how graduates apply and outgrow what they were taught.
    • Serve as advisory input only; faculty and the program-review process decide what changes.
    • Add to, rather than repeat, the school's existing cross-school benchmarking.
