At Goizueta, to be at our best requires a high level of accountability and engagement from all of our students, and this is especially true for our distinguished Consortium students. In addition to the benefit of the amazing Consortium network, this session will focus on the unique aspects of being a Consortium member at Goizueta, and discuss what programming will look like in this current climate. A Welcome Weekend tradition! Don't miss out on the camaraderie, the views through campus and the elevated heart rate as you run/walk through Emory with our community! Partners are welcome and all finishers get a tee-shirt. And Chick-Fil-A will be waiting for you at the finish line!

The Emory Conference Center Hotel is located just a 15 minute walk to the business school. We have secured a block of rooms at a rate of $184 + taxes. You can book directly here for any nights between 4/16-4/19.

Goizueta will provide up to $350 of travel reimbursement to attendees in need who live over 90 miles from Atlanta to assist in covering travel costs, including hotel, airfare, and mileage. Students who received a travel stipend for Inside Goizueta or Salute to Service are not eligible.
We will not reimburse for tickets or hotels purchased with airline/credit card/hotel points. Reimbursements can take up to three weeks to reach you. Participants must attend 100% of the required Welcome Weekend activities (most events excluding the 5K Fun Run) to receive the reimbursement. You will receive the reimbursement form via email after conclusion of Welcome Weekend.

Dooley Dash 5K Fun Run - Saturday, April 18
The race will start at 7:30am under the Arch at the business school. Partners are also encouraged to participate. Registration is FREE and all finishers get a t-shirt!
P.S. Dooley, "the Lord of Misrule," is a skeleton that embodies "the spirit of Emory." For years he's been represented by a student who roams the campus wearing a top hat, a black sheet painted with bones, and a skull mask. Dooley is Emory's unofficial mascot!
