Maralee Sobotka
Maralee Sobotka is the Senior Director of Data Science at Cox Automotive, bringing over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience across Finance, Operations, Analytics, Consulting, and Technology. She leads teams focused on risk management, pricing and optimization, NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics, driving strategic decisions and operational efficiency. Maralee also oversees the AI Accelerator, harnessing advances in artificial intelligence to reduce costs, uncover revenue opportunities, and streamline processes. Known for her collaborative, people‑centered leadership, she partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams. Maralee is dedicated to innovation, developing talent, and delivering impactful, data‑driven solutions across the automotive industry. -
Shah Ullah
Shah is an entrepreneur building systems that make persuasion measurable and accountable. He has worked across education, AI, language technology, and media engagement, with experiences spanning both technical research and business development. He founded Pulp to help institutions better understand how language shapes decisions and public engagement. -
Owden Godson
Owden is developing agentic AI platforms using LLMs and the Model Context Protocol. He has co-founded three companies, built government systems for over 1 million Tanzanian users, developed global payment platforms, and created agricultural tech training more than 22,000 farmers. He earned his MS in Business Analytics from Emory University in 2024. -
Wen Zhang
An Emory MSBA alum, Wen leads product strategy and product-market fit at Pulp, focusing on turning research into products people adopt and trust. He previously worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Home Depot and holds an M.S.Ed. in mental health counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. His work sits at the intersection of data, human behavior, and product design. -
Jaycee Tang
Jiayue Tang is a Data Scientist at Cogitate and a 2025 graduate of Emory Goizueta MSBA. She works on building machine learning and agentic AI solutions that make it into production. Her current focus is on multi-agent systems and automated workflows in real-world FinTech applications, with the goal of boosting efficiency and reducing the number of tasks humans wish robots would handle for them. When she’s not designing AI agents to collaborate better than most teams, she’s figuring out how to make complex systems simpler, faster, and a little smarter than yesterday.
