Outstanding BBA/MSBA Joint Degree Student Award

MSBA Student Excellence in Tech Award

Given to a student who has exhibited extraordinary technical acumen and expertise throughout the course of the program. In addition to academic performance, faculty may consider technical design of projects, visualization, understanding of computing and coding.

MSBA Student Excellence in Data Award

Given to a student who has exhibited extraordinary data-related skills. In addition to academic performance, faculty may consider data manipulation, understanding of statistics, performance of ML algorithms and general innovation in handling data.

MSBA Student Excellence in Business Acumen Award

Given to a student who has exhibited extraordinary business acumen/understanding while engaged in data analytics. In addition to faculty academic performance, faculty may consider class participation that has steered questions towards business relevance and other emphasis on business relevance.

Capstone Excellence Award

Given to a team who achieved exceptional business outcomes in their project through rigorous application of data mining and consulting methodologies, as recognized by their faculty and client sponsors.
