Jungmin Lee

Jungmin Lee is a PhD student in Organization and Management. She earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Media, Culture, and Identity) from Tufts University. Her research focuses on how marginalized employees navigate the workplace and manage their identities across various contexts.
Before starting her PhD, she worked as a research assistant at the Social Stigma and Identity Lab at Tufts University and in social media management and employer branding.
