Jungmin Lee

Junming Lee is a PhD student in Organization and Management. She earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Media, Culture, and Identity) from Tufts University. Her research focuses on how organizational practices impact minoritized employees in workplaces, and the role that cultural norms play in interpersonal relationships.
Before starting her PhD, she worked as a research assistant at the Social Stigma and Identity Lab at Tufts University and in social media management and employer branding.
