Sakinah Watts is a current first year MBA student at Emory’s Goizueta Business School. She is a graduate of Spelman College, where she received a B.A. in Economics. After graduating, Sakinah started her career in a rotational leadership program at General Mills, holding roles in strategic customer management, business analytics, and sales finance. Most recently, she was responsible for increasing volume and profitability with key customers in the retail space, focusing on funding allocation, new item funding strategies, and promotional analysis. Now at Goizueta, she is concentrating in brand management and marketing analytics.
