Biography
Focused on pursuing a career in consulting and social impact, Neha Rai pursued her MBA at Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Strategy and Social Enterprise. Prior to her MBA, she worked as an internal consultant at Kaivalya Education Foundation, a leading education non-profit impacting life chances of 40MM students across 13 states in India. She started her career as a data analyst with Mu Sigma, a data consulting firm and Citi Bank where she worked on projects across different verticals including retail, e-commerce, telecom, and campaign management. Inclined to work for the development of underprivileged communities, she joined Gandhi Fellowship and worked in 5 tribal villages of Rajasthan (Western India) to improve learning-levels of students in public schools.
While at Goizueta she held a Social Enterprise Fellowship enabling her to work closely with faculty and the Business & Society Institute leadership on projects that delivered social impact. Post graduation, she joined Electronic Arts as a manager of corporate strategy.
