Leader’s Reaction Course
One of Goizueta’s most popular programs, the Leader’s Reaction Course is held at the U.S. Army base of Fort Benning, GA. There, Goizueta students pull themselves up by their boot straps, quite literally, as they participate in a series of problem-solving tasks. The program offers an exciting, hands-on opportunity to apply team and leadership skills in a creative, collaborative, and slightly muddy setting.
Delta Leadership Coaching Fellows
Supported by a gift from one of Atlanta’s largest companies, the Delta Leadership Coaching Fellows Program allows MBA students to become peer coaches for first-year students in a collaborative space that promotes one-on-one and team feedback, and deeper self-reflection.
Leaders-in-Residence

Evening MBA Leadership Academy
An extracurricular opportunity for graduating Evening MBA candidates to participate in an advanced leadership development experience, the Leadership Academy program builds on the leadership content in the Evening MBA curriculum with a particular emphasis on emotional intelligence. The primary objective is to assist each student in assessing and enhancing his or her leadership effectiveness.
