    How It Works

    This 2-day, in-person professional development course immerses you in applied practice to strengthen your leadership communication skills. Through intensive speaking exercises and real-time feedback, you’ll refine your ability to deliver high-stakes messages, inspire teams, and build trust across audiences. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident communicating strategic recommendations, motivating others through change, and sharing your leadership story with impact. This executive education course applies to the Roberto C. Goizueta Leadership and Strategy & Innovation Certificates.

    • Communicate with Executives & Boards

      Practice communicating recommendations and strategies clearly and persuasively, including how to make compelling cases for investment to senior teams, executives, and boards.
    • Lead Through Uncertainty & Change

      Develop practical techniques for communicating with confidence and clarity while motivating and inspiring team members during periods of uncertainty and change.
    • Build Trust Through Your Story

      Craft and deliver your personal leadership story as a tool for building trust, strengthening relationships, and inspiring others.
    • Put Communication Skills into Practice

      Spend the majority of the course practicing public speaking in settings ranging from small groups to audiences of 20+ participants, with feedback provided after every activity.

      Build greater confidence, clarity, and comfort in public speaking while developing the skills, tactics, and strategies needed to deliver critical messages effectively.
