Tom Evans

Tom Evans is the Managing Partner of Toccoa Capital Management and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm. During his career, Evans invested over $450M on behalf of a large special situations and distressed investment hedge fund, focusing his efforts on sourcing, underwriting, and asset managing real estate investments. Evans also worked in Special Assets Dispositions at Synovus Bank right after graduate school.

Evans began his career working for a large road construction and site development company and has developed residential subdivisions and retail and office properties in Atlanta. Evans is also an Adjunct Lecturer of Real Estate Finance at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Evans is an Atlanta native and received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
