The Emory Executive Coaching Diploma Program develops your mindset, toolset, and skillset to enhance and formalize your coaching skills. This program equips and prepares coaches to act as catalysts for their executive clients in their personal and career development.

Delivered in partnership with Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, School of Medicine, and School of Arts and Sciences, and the Drepung Loseling Tibetan Buddhism Center, faculty will impart their expertise in the areas of executive coaching, adult developmental, clinical psychology, family systems theory, psychiatry, behavioral sciences, neurology, psychoanalytic theory and practice, internal (executive health) medicine, music (conducting), and film.

  • Online Orientation

    January 13-18, 2020
    Introduction to the Executive Coaching Diploma Program’s design, philosophy, schedule, and requirements.
  • Module One

    January 24-25, 2020
    Exploration of foundational executive coaching skills and techniques.
  • Module Two

    February 7-8, 2020
    Continuation of executive coaching skills and an introduction to mindfulness.
  • Module Three

    February 28-29, 2020
    Learn concepts of brain-based coaching models.
  • Module Four

    March 27-28, 2020
    Introduce fundamental concepts of psychoanalytic learning and development theories.
  • Module Five

    April 24-25, 2020
    Introduce family systems and developing a multi-perspective coaching mindset, final presentations, and graduation.
