What is HackATL?
Emory's student-run business hackathon, hosted by EEVM. One weekend to take an idea from scratch to pitch.

Since 2013, thousands of students have come to Goizueta to prototype bold ideas, stress-test business models, and pitch to angels, VCs, and industry leaders. Up to $13,000 in prizes on the line.

What You Do
You'll spot a real customer problem, build something that solves it, map out how the business works, and pitch it live. Your team might include developers, business students, and designers. You don't need to code to make an impact.
  • Problem discovery and validation
  • Prototype and demo
  • Business model and go‑to‑market
  • Pitch to investors and experts

Who Participates
Students from Emory and schools across the region show up every year, from pre-med and CS to pre-law and business. Never pitched before? No problem at all.
