Ashlyee is a management scholar who studies how secret conversations and emotions in the workplace affect employee performance. She worked with C-suite executives of Fortune 50 companies, international nonprofit organizations, and metropolitan cities to reimagine employee experiences and enhance performance to create a thriving future of work.
Ashlyee excels in helping leaders articulate their vision and align resources to both inspire and equip people to produce powerful results; she aims for her research to do the same.
