How it Works

Go Deep In Design Thinking

Explore the importance of iteration in the innovation process, engage in an interactive team-based exercise in design thinking, solve an unfamiliar problem to better understand and apply design thinking concepts, and apply all that you’ve learned in a high-impact, problem-solving activity. In this course, you’ll dig into the strategy and principles of design thinking. Finish feeling ready to solve any problem back at the office.

In four days, we take mid- to upper-level managers from understanding design thinking as a concept to applying it to break down, rethink, and solve complex problems. Design thinking practitioners will lead participants through segments of the program to put theory into action. Join us and experience what design thinking can do and how it can transform your business. Leave with actionable skills you can apply immediately. This course applies to our Certificates in Strategy and Innovation and qualifies as an elective for Leadership and Excellence in Business Certificates.
