Business Library Questions

Yes. Just send us an email to or fill out this form. Include 2-3 possible dates/times and a librarian will get back to you shortly to confirm the consultation and set up a zoom meeting. All 1-on-1 and team consultations will be conducted virtually this semester.

Yes. In addition to Mon-Fri weekday hours, the business librarians will be available weekday evenings and on Saturday and Sunday. Most importantly, we will make every effort to accommodate different class schedules and time zones. The fall consultation schedule will be posted shortly.

While the business librarians will not be working in the Goizueta Business Library, we are always available remotely to answer your questions. Just send us an email to or fill out this form. We are exploring offering “virtual drop-in hours” throughout the semester as well. Details are coming soon and will be shared with all students.

Yes, several of the Bloomberg terminals will be accessible remotely.

Yes, several of the Bloomberg terminals will be accessible to use when you’re on-campus. The locations and other details will be available by the beginning of the semester.

Yes, during COVID-19, Bloomberg is allowing students to register and take all of the BMC modules remotely. Everything you need to know to get started is here.

Unfortunately, due to the need to practice safe social distancing, enclosed group study rooms in the business library and throughout the Woodruff Library Building will be closed.

Yes. There are 2 tables in the business library, each with a large digital monitor with Solstice installed. While each table is currently limited to 1 person, utilizing Solstice technology allows an unlimited number of students to project images from their devices (laptops and any mobile devices) onto the monitor. Students on your team working remotely can VPN in and share their images.

Yes, but the capacity will be reduced significantly. Everything has been spaced out per Emory’s social distancing requirements in order to ensure a safe environment. Details about how to access the library building will follow soon.

There will be cleaning supplies readily accessible throughout the library. In addition to wearing your mask at all times, we ask that students wipe down keyboards, mouse, and table surfaces before and after use.

An expanded collection of business books and career titles is now available to you in ebook and audiobook formats through the Overdrive database and app. All the titles are easily checked out and downloaded to your mobile device for quick reading and listening. Don’t see the title you are looking for? Email us about the book and we are glad to explore adding it to the collection.

Unfortunately, Business Kindles will not be available for checkout this semester due to COVID-19. But many of its business and career books have been purchased for access via Overdrive, which means you can remotely check them out in ebook or audio business book format.
