Biography

Libby is an alumnae of the University of Michigan, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science. Her first job out of college was as a policy Analyst for the New York State Assembly in Albany, New York. She entered academia when she moved to Brooklyn and began working for NYU in a faculty development program. She and her husband moved to Atlanta, where she joined Goizueta Business School in 2000 as the assistant director for the International Program Office. In 2005 she became the Director of Admissions for the BBA Program, and in 2007 Libby spearheaded the launch of the Goizueta Scholars Program, along with overseeing the development and programming for the Goizueta Pathways Program. She is the 2008 recipient of the Donald Keough Award for Excellence, and has taught a Senior Seminar on Women in Business three times. She became the Assistant Dean of the BBA Program in 2010. Libby serves on several University committees, with a particular focus on educational access and equity. Libby lives in Decatur with her husband and two sons.
