Felix Nguyen is a Marketing PhD student at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University. Before joining Emory, Felix was at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he earned an MBA in Marketing Research and an MS in Business Analytics. His current research interests include: digital and cross-platforms advertising; effects of public policies on marketing; and causal inference using text. Prior to graduate school, Felix worked as a product manager in the financial services industry where he led the development of a financial advisor chatbot and other CRM applications.
