Ajay Shah

Ajay is a doctoral student in Organization and Management at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. His research interests center on organizational improvisation, creativity, and social networks.

Before joining Emory, Ajay earned an M.A. in Communication from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. There, he focused on organizational communication. He also taught several courses in the communication department as an instructor-of-record.

Previously, Ajay held full-time roles in corporate communications and market research.
