With an undergraduate degree in philosophy, Aniyah Daley knows how to analyze and critique theories, challenge others to think bigger, and push herself to be a voice for those who are voiceless. Her passion from an early age has been advocating for equity.
“However, my passion is just the beginning of a world of change I hope to be able to make. I hope to go even further by combining this passion with business skills,” she shares.
Aniyah hopes to leverage what she learns in the Master in Management program to make tangible changes in the business world. This includes working with underrepresented groups of people and elevating them into higher places. She notes she also wants to create spaces that emphasize the importance of a workforce that reflects our communities and the world.
Throughout her college career, Aniyah served on many boards, serving as president, vice president, secretary, and other positions. She says the most important thing she learned from these leadership roles was that every voice matters. After she earns her Master in Management, she says, “I will be able to have a positive influence on business and society by empowering those that I lead.”
