Goizueta IMPACT
Maximizing Your IMPACT
-
Fall Semester
The fall Structured Problem-Solving course builds the foundational skills of problem solving, influential communication, and managing internal and external stakeholders. All students attend Project Reveal where spring IMPACT projects and sponsors are announced. Students indicate high, medium and low interest on projects as input into a holistic team creation process, and spring IMPACT project teams are announced at a community Team Reveal event before winter break. -
Spring Semester
Project teams launch and begin work with students putting problem-solving skills into action with faculty advisors, 2nd-year IMPACT Coaching Fellows, and external coaches providing support. Student teams present project recommendations and compete for the Goizueta Gold grand prize at Goizueta IMPACT Showcase, a community-wide event with over 300 external business leader judges. -
