Open Houses provide prospective students with a comprehensive overview of the Evening MBA program. The program includes a presentation by one of our esteemed faculty members, a panel discussion with current students and alumni of the Evening MBA program, and Admissions and Career Management information.

Women's MBA Open House
Women are key contributors at Goizueta. We are committed to enrolling top-quality female candidates and to increasing the number of women in professional leadership roles. The annual Women’s MBA Open House is an opportunity to meet the diverse women of our community during breakfast, an alumnae and student panel, optional Business School tour, and admissions breakout sessions for the Full-time, Evening and Executive programs.
Information Breakfasts provide prospective students with a brief overview of the Evening MBA program and the Application process. The program includes a presentation by an Admissions Director and time for admissions and program questions and answers. All Information Breakfasts are held on campus at Goizueta Business School from 7:30 am-8:30 am.

Individual Information Sessions are short, informative meetings focusing on the Evening MBA program and application process. These sessions are scheduled during normal business hours and last approximately 30 minutes, are informal and do not fulfill or replace the Admissions Interview requirement. You will meet with a member of the Evening MBA Admission Committee. The new GMAT Strategy Sessions are designed to supplement your individual GMAT study plans. During the 4-day session, held over two weekends, participants will review more than 60 Math concepts tested on the GMAT, learn simple tips and techniques to solve high-level GMAT problems, and understand how to develop a study plan to achieve a desired GMAT score.

Who is eligible to participate in the GMAT Strategy Sessions?
In order to participate in the GMAT Strategy Session, a candidate must have completed their Emory Evening MBA application, excluding the GMAT score, prior to Round Deadline.
Which parts of the Evening MBA application must be submitted before the GMAT Strategy Session?
All of the Evening MBA application, except the GMAT score, must be submitted by the appropriate deadline in order to participate in the GMAT Strategy Session. Application information and details are available on our website.

How do I register for the GMAT Strategy Session?
Please register through Goizueta's website above. Registration will be confirmed once the required portions of the Evening MBA Application have been received.
How long is the GMAT Strategy Session?
The session is 4 days long, from 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, over two consecutive weekends.
Where are the GMAT Strategy Sessions held?
The sessions will meet on the Emory campus. All details and directions will be provided prior to the first session day.
Who is the instructor?
The session instructor, Stephanie Espy 08MBA, is a Goizueta Business School alumna and founder of MathSP. For more information on her methods and results, please visithttp://www.MathSP.com.
Will the session cover the GRE?
While Goizueta Business School accepts both the GMAT and GRE, these sessions will cover only GMAT content and strategy.
After the GMAT Strategy Session, when should I take the GMAT?
The GMAT Strategy Session is designed to supplement your GMAT preparation. We recommend allowing additional practice time (2-4 weeks) between the session and your test date.
How do I register to take the GMAT? When should I register to take the GMAT?
GMAT test registration is available at www.MBA.com. Emory's Evening MBA test code is C3Q-71-90. Registration can fill up quickly at peak times, so please register well in advance of your intended test date.
After I take the GMAT, when will Emory receive my score?
When taking the test, please indicate that you would like the score to be sent electronically to Emory's Evening program (code C3Q-71-90). We will receive the official score in 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, you may fax or scan and email the unofficial score report you receive at the test center. The unofficial report may be used by the committee for application review, but official score must also be submitted.
The last recommended GMAT and GRE test dates for each round are as follows: Round 1 October 6, Round 2 February 2, Round 3 April 6, Round 4 May 18, Round 5 June 22.
When will my Evening MBA application be reviewed? When will I be notified of the Admission decision?
Once you have participated in the GMAT Strategy Session and submitted your test score by the following Round Deadline, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified on that round’s Decision Notification date.
What if I have already taken the GMAT and plan to re-take the test?
The Admissions Committee welcomes multiple test scores. The scores will not be averaged together; the committee will use the highest total score in the review process. Please email MBAApplication@emory.edu to request that your application is held and reviewed after a new score has arrived. Include your test date if possible.
Can I participate in the GMAT Strategy Session this year if I plan to apply to Emory next year?
Please wait to submit your application in the same year in which you plan to enroll and start the MBA program.
How many times can I take the GMAT?
You may sit for the GMAT as many times as you choose, but must be taken at least 30 days apart.
