One-Year MBA Program
Our One-Year MBA enables individuals to re-enter the workforce in 12 months, therefore maximizing their return on investment. This format is best suited for students with focused career goals and a business degree or quantitative background.
The three-semester, 12-month curriculum begins in May with an intensive summer review of core business concepts. In August, One-Year students join second-year MBA students for elective courses. Although an internship is not part of the One-Year format, students do have full access to second year electives, the MBA Career Management Center, the Goizueta Advanced Leadership Academy, clubs and organizations.
The Ideal One-Year Candidate Has:
- Earned an undergraduate degree in business or economics or has strong quantitative background in majors such as engineering or mathematics
- Focused post-MBA goals and progressive work experience
- An intended career path that continues in the same industry or functional area which will not require an internship
- Completed coursework (prior to program start date) which includes: Statistics, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance and Microeconomics.
