Karen Ton completed her PhD in Accounting at University of Southern California. Prior to joining the faculty at Emory in 2015, Ton held positions at USC and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and is an active Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Ton's primary research focus is related to financial accounting, auditing, and corporate restructuring. In 2020, Ton was awarded the Crystal Apple for Excellence in Undergraduate Business Education.
