How It Works

This online workshop will deliver 6 hours of interactive, synchronous "classroom" learning (9 a.m. - 12 p.m. each class day). You'll complete a pre-workshop questionnaire, then embark on case study, group activity, and coaching exercises within the workshop to hone your leadership skills for optimal team performance in a virtual environment.
