Join Emory University’s School of Medicine Innovation Center for its Bioentrepreneurship Networking event featuring guest speaker Jake McDonough, Senior Associate at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres. This session will cover key startup considerations, from entity formation and founder equity to IP protection and early-stage financing. Don’t miss out on this exciting chance to connect, learn, and collaborate. Food will be provided, and all are welcome to attend.

Jake McDonough is an Emory law alum and a legal associate at Croke, Fairchild, Duarte & Beres. Jake represents emerging companies, founders, and investors in a variety of venture capital financing matters; he also advises start-ups in various corporate governance matters, from formation through exit.
