    The Managerial Leadership Program is a four-day training that builds on the success and leadership potential of top performers. It focuses on raising the individual leadership capacity of participants, honing on their abilities to affect organizational growth and transformation. It also drives leadership development by emphasizing key enterprise proficiencies for participants to expand their skills in managing themselves and their teams. Participants can also look forward to gaining experience with new leadership frameworks and excellent networking opportunities with colleagues who share similar experiences.
