Call for Alumni Award Recipient Nominations

We are accepting nominations for the four following alumni awards that will be presented at the Annual Alumni Awards Dinner being held this fall. Honorees will be recognized for their accomplishments in the following areas.

Outstanding Recent Alumni Award
Recognition of an alumnus/a who has graduated in the past five years and who has demonstrated outstanding service to Goizueta Business School and/or Emory University or success in business or in community service.

Distinguished (Alumni) Achievement Award
Recognition of an alumnus/a or friend of the school for a lifetime achievement in business and ongoing commitment and service to Goizueta Business School and the community.

Alumni Service Award
Recognition of an alumnus/a who has demonstrated significant service to Goizueta Business School and/or Emory University

Alumni Entrepreneurship Award
Recognition of an alumnus/a who has achieved outstanding entrepreneurial achievements in business.

Nominations will be accepted through February 15, 2008. Award nominations should include the following information to be considered:

• Name of the award in consideration
• Contact information for the individual making the nomination [name, (company, title if applicable), address, phone, e-mail]
• Nominees name, business affiliation, and contact information
• A description of why this individual is qualified to receive one of the above named awards. Please be specific by including key activities with the school, in the community and significant work related experience that would be relevant
• A short biographical sketch which includes nominee’s education, past awards, and other recognitions (letters of support and resumes for the nominee are helpful)
