My most challenging and rewarding leadership experiences came through Social Enterprise @ Goizueta. As a co-founder of two social enterprise related programs (Board Fellows and the GHI Case Competition), I was able to put into practice leadership skills that I now use every day at Deloitte.  My social enterprise experience set me up to succeed in designing learning and development programs for corporate clients. Working within Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice, I work closely with clients to develop learning and development programs and change management strategies that help people.
