Biography

Prior to joining the Goizueta Business School faculty in 1988, Professor Drazin taught at the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. He received his Ph.D. in Organization and Management in 1982 from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bob is currently a member of the Editorial Review Board for Organization Science and has served as a Consulting Editor for the Academy of Management Journal. His research in the areas of organization theory and the management of innovation in large corporations has been published in such journals as the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Management Science, Administrative Science Quarterly, Human Resource Management, the Columbia Journal of World Business, Academy of Management Review, Organization Studies, Social Inquiry, and Research in Organizational Behavior.
