CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation requests received more than 30 days prior to the program start date will not incur a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation requests, for any reason, received within 30 days of the program start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the program fee.
3. Cancellation requests, for any reason, received on or after the program start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the program fee.

TRANSFER POLICY

1. Transfer requests received more than 30 days prior to the program date will not incur a transfer fee. However, you will be responsible for any increase in program fees.
2. Transfer requests received less than 30 days in advance of the program start date will be subject to a $500 transfer fee plus any increase in the program fee.
3. Transfer requests received on or after the program start date cannot be honored.
4. You may request to transfer one time only.
