The conference fee of $4,000 is due by June 4, 2010 and includes all event activities, meals, and beverages at event site. Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation are not included.
All travel arrangements are to be made by participant. Suggested hotel, airports, and ground transportation will be included in welcome letter upon acceptance into the program.
Cancellations are accepted without charge if written notification is received by July 2, 2010.
