Diversity is at our Core. At Goizueta, we believe a diverse community fuels greater business results by combining various backgrounds and perspectives into valuable insights.

This belief is evidenced by our long-standing relationship with the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM). Since 2001, we have recruited more than 100 students through this organization, and we are now the only Consortium school to offer both a One-Year and Two-Year MBA option. Goizueta Black MBA Association (BMBAA)

A chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Goizueta’s BMBAA promotes professional development, networking, and community involvement for its members through a strong network that provides support both during their time here and in their future careers. Goizueta Hispanic Business Association (HBA)

HBA promotes the legacy of our school's namesake, Roberto C. Goizueta, by promoting a better understanding of the impact of Hispanic culture on U.S. business. The National Society of the Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) has bestowed its "University of the Year" award on Goizueta in recognition of its support of NSHMBA on both a local and national level, its efforts to attract more Hispanics to the MBA program, and its prestige and reputation in the community.

Inside Goizueta Conference

Experience the Goizueta community firsthand at Inside Goizueta.Held annually each fall, this three-day interactive conference is designed especially for prospective minority students, and lets them network with current students and alumni, experience a class simulation, learn more about the admissions process, and enjoy career panel discussions. Annual Diverse Leadership Conference

Created in 2005 by Goizueta’s Black MBA Association, the Diverse Leadership Conference is the largest student-run diversity conference in Atlanta. Featuring prominent business leaders from industry and the Atlanta community, the conference provides a forum allowing diverse students, alumni, professionals, and academics to share ideas and gain knowledge through a series of lectures, panel discussions, workshops. Participants have an opportunity to hear from dynamic speakers that will increase their knowledge and understanding of a diverse workplace and community.

The 6th annual Diverse Leadership Conference scheduled for Friday April 1, 2011. Titled “Leading Through the One Business Constant…Change” the conference features keynote speaker Atlanta’s Mayor Kasim Reed. Mayor Reed will address leadership and management essentials for business and government in our current environment.

The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management

Since 2001, Goizueta has been a member of The Consortium, an alliance of top business schools and corporations that works to enhance diversity in business education and corporate leadership by reducing the underrepresentation of African-American, Native-American and Hispanic-Americans.
