Offered on campus and in select cities around the world, interviews are an important part of the admission process. All students who are admitted to our programs have been interviewed. Interviews are open to candidates until the application deadline of the round in which you apply. After that round deadline date, your application will be considered for an invitation to interview within that round. You are encouraged to plan ahead as interviews fill up around the deadline. All interviews, regardless of type, are evaluated equally in the admissions process.
To qualify for an interview, candidates must have already graduated from their undergraduate college or university. The only exception to this policy are those candidates who are applying to one of our joint degree programs or who are non-traditional students with full-time work experience prior to attending undergraduate college or university.
The admissions interview offers you the opportunity to explain more in depth your educational and career experiences to date, and to elaborate on your post-MBA career plans. The interviewer is interested in both your professional accomplishments as well as your leadership and community achievements. The interview is similar to a professional job interview, and as such you should dress in business attire and bring an updated copy of your résumé. Interviews last approximately 30 minutes.

For example: If you apply on December 9th, you are applying in Round 2. You may request to interview on campus prior to or on December 9th (Round 2 deadline). If you have not completed your interview by December 9th, your application will be reviewed without an interview and you will be considered for an invitation to interview within Round 2.
To request an on-campus interview, visit the Goizueta Connection system. After filling out a brief registration form, you can request an interview appointment that suits your availability. You may also want to schedule a class visit or lunch with a current MBA student for while you are on campus, which can also be scheduled through Goizueta Connection.
Off-campus interviews can be requested through our worldwide recruiting schedule until the application deadline of the round in which you apply. After that round deadline date, your application will be considered for an invitation to interview within that round. See the Application Deadlines Chart for specific dates.
