Overview of the Role

General Management and Rotational Programs allow for a broad understanding of business with a focus on gaining skills and knowledge in the main functional areas (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.). Such programs provide breadth of knowledge within a single organization. Oftentimes there are multiple rotations in several functional areas or rotations in a single function, but across an organization's businesses. Programs vary by number and duration of rotations, and program structure and business need often dictate the length.
