A powerful network hinges on two things: the quality of the people in it and your ability to access them when needed. While many MBA programs claim a large network, Goizueta proves it by providing dedicated career resources and hosting countless networking events enabling you to connect with our more than 16,000 world-wide alumni. Another tangible example of our degree's value and how it pays for itself every day.
"I was able to transition into my ideal job while still in school."
Abhishek Suthan, 10EvMBA
In addition to Goizueta's newly-expanded Career Management Center for Working Professionals, in which Evening MBA students receive one-to-one career coaching as well as have dedicated staff for their career development and progression, Goizueta's powerful network provides many resources for the advancement of your career.
Our Mentor Program, one of the first among MBA programs, partners Evening MBA students with Goizueta alumni in their field of interest or function to assist in cultivating career growth. Business leaders from firms such as Accenture, AFLAC, The Coca-Cola Company, Delta, General Electric, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Lockheed Martin, Newell-Rubbermaid and SunTrust match-up with students to offer advice, facilitate connections and serve as sounding boards for career development.
Hosted on campus, around Atlanta and in other U.S. cities, Goizueta networking events are an effective way to make friends and future business partners as you expand your new MBA network. Events range from those hosted by expertise or interest, called Affinity Groups, to those centered on programs or regions. All engage our exclusive and well placed MBA community. Our students meet industry leaders and outstanding peers and discuss key issues relevant to their current role or critical for future endeavors. Our network prides itself on being active and accessible for all of its members, from students, to alumni, to faculty to corporate leaders.
At Goizueta, the breadth and depth of our educational offerings results in alumni leading in all areas of business. It also means that, unlike some part-time MBA programs, our alumni are both internationally based as well as widely placed throughout Atlanta.
Goizueta alumni are executives in business centers around the world. At home in Atlanta or abroad, alumni stay connected with Goizueta by speaking in their former professors' classroom and bringing real-world projects to the students. Alumni also help prepare students for the job search by conducting mock-interviews with them. Alums unable to get back to campus readily make themselves available to advise and assist students via telephone or email.
Our alumni are active, engaged, and involved-not only sharing a diploma but a commitment to give back and stay involved in multiple ways.
Our network is powerful and personal, able to connect thousands of students, alumni, faculty, staff and business leaders around the globe due to their pride in Goizueta. When you attend our school, you not only join a world-class MBA program capable of providing intimate learning experiences, you also gain access to a network without rival that is constant, steadfast, and enduring available to you always.
