Study Abroad

From Argentina to Germany to Finland, Goizueta offers you the opportunity to study and experience real-time business practices around the world through a variety of global short courses at our partner schools. The courses range from five to nineteen days in length and each course satisfies the International Module requirement.

Argentina Elective*
"Doing Business in Argentina" is a one-week course offered by Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires each May. A select group of Evening MBA students will have the opportunity to participate in this course, which includes visits to multinational companies and presentations by local business experts.

Finland Elective*
This exchange opportunity lets students learn with others from leading business schools around the world. Classes are taught at the Helsinki School of Economics, an exciting and fast-growing campus with a truly global faculty. Each course meets for two weeks, offering a considerable choice in terms of classes, faculty, and time-of-year.

Germany Elective*
European Business School, in Frankfurt, has recently signed an alliance with Emory. The course offered to Evening MBA students, “Business Leadership in Western Europe,” is offered in late May and is attended by MBA students from a variety of other E.C. and U.S. schools.

China Elective*
FuDan University is one of China's most prestigious business schools. The course, "The Business Environment in China," was created especially for our students, where they are welcomed by the current FuDan MBA students for cultural exchange while in Shanghai. The financial history of The Bund and Shanghai provides an excellent backdrop for this course.

Hungary Elective*
Budapest’s Central European University (CEU) hosts this one- or two- week experience. Emory students sit side-by-side with students from American, European and Asian MBA programs. Students have the opportunity to select from a variety of classes including both micro and macro topics, such as “Advanced Strategy” and “European Financial Integration”.
